Clear Work Portal holds workforce health-and-compliance status on behalf of client employers, as a service provider under the BC Personal Information Protection Act. Data is stored in Canada (AWS ca-central-1). Client users see status only — never clinical outcomes. Every certificate download and every record change is logged.
